The practitioner’s role
Don’t tell people who they are.
The role of a Zero Point Practitioner is not to label, diagnose or define another person.
It is to help them see the Dynamic operating in relation to the identity they are trying to create.
A practitioner learns to distinguish between:
- what the client said,
- what can reasonably be observed,
- what may be inferred,
- and what still needs to be explored.
The practitioner does not provide the identity. The practitioner helps the person recognise and choose it.

Human + AI
A human methodology for an AI-enabled world.
The Zero Point Method is designed as a human transformation methodology first.
Technology can support reflection, pattern recognition, documentation and practice.
But technology does not replace human judgment, context or responsibility.
Certified practitioners learn the methodology itself — not simply how to use an AI tool.
The digital Zero Point experience is one possible way to scale access to the methodology. The practitioner remains capable of applying the framework independently.
Certification + digital tool
One methodology. Multiple ways to use it.
The Zero Point Method
Self
Individuals use The Zero Point framework for personal reflection and identity transformation.
Practitioner
Certified practitioners facilitate the methodology with clients.
Digital
Technology supports guided reflection and scalable access to The Zero Point experience.
The methodology is the intellectual core. The app is an application of the methodology — not the methodology itself.
